Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Think2Master platform at think2master.com (the "Platform"), operated by Think2Master LLC ("Think2Master," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Age Requirements

• Users aged 13 or older may create standard accounts with full access to all features.
• Users under 13 may use the Platform as guests (no account required) or with a child account created by a parent/guardian with verified parental consent.
• Child accounts have restricted functionality: no social features (comments, likes, suggestions), no display name changes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on COPPA compliance.
• Parents/guardians must provide verifiable consent via email confirmation. Consent may be revoked at any time from the account Settings.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Do not share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate information during signup.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at admin@think2master.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Upload or share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Attempt to bypass age restrictions or content protections
• Impersonate other users or Think2Master staff
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

5. Intellectual Property

• All apps, content, images, code, and branding on the Platform are owned by Think2Master LLC or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use Platform content without written permission.
• User-generated content (such as display names and bug reports) remains your property. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Think2Master a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the Platform.
• Jigsaw puzzle images are licensed for educational use on the Platform only and may not be downloaded or redistributed.

6. Membership Tiers

• Guest — free, no account required. Limited features (no cloud saves, localStorage only).
• Member — free account. Access to member content, 1 cloud save slot.
• Premium — enhanced access to all content, 20 cloud save slots.

We reserve the right to modify tier benefits, features, or pricing with reasonable notice to users.

7. Content and Availability

• We strive to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• We may add, modify, or remove apps and features at any time.
• Educational content is provided for learning purposes and may contain simplified scientific models.
• We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes from using the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Platform at any time.
• You may request account deletion by contacting admin@think2master.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think2Master LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via a banner on the Platform dashboard. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
